Read Hangul documents locally
Open an HWP 5 or HWPX document to preview its pages in your browser. Move between pages, enter a page number, zoom, fit the page or its width, and enter focused reading. Your file stays on your device and is not stored automatically.
Compatibility and fonts
HWP 5 binary files and HWPX packages are supported on a limited-compatibility basis. Korean and mixed-language text, ordinary tables, and embedded images can be displayed. This is a visual preview: text selection and document search are not available.
The viewer uses fonts available on your device and does not download document fonts. Substitution can change characters, line breaks, form alignment, and pagination. Nested tables, equations, headers and footers, text boxes, and embedded objects may differ from Hangul or be missing. External linked content is not loaded. Check important details and official forms in Hangul; this preview does not verify signatures or authenticity.
Files that need another reader
Password-protected, rights-managed, distribution-only, and older HWP documents are not supported. Open or save an ordinary HWP 5 or HWPX copy in Hangul first. Form controls are read-only and document macros are not run.
There is no fixed file-size or page-count limit. Very large or complex files can exceed your browser’s available resources. You can close or replace a document while it is opening.
