What the PDF contains

The HTML body is used when available, otherwise the saved plain text is used. Headers preserve the saved date and timezone text; missing dates are not guessed. Attachment names, types, sizes and roles are listed, including attached emails, but their contents are not included. Remote images and other external resources are omitted with a note in the output.

Content is reflowed onto A4 portrait pages with 18 mm margins and rendered at 150 DPI. Text is not selectable, and no OCR or interactive links are added. Fonts, spacing and pagination may differ from your mail app. Original styles, scripts, forms, embedded applications, SVG and MathML are omitted. Sender identity, signatures and delivery are not verified.

Supported files and limits

Use a complete, unencrypted email with readable HTML or plain text. Outlook items with only compressed RTF, calendar/contact items, incomplete messages and missing or unreadable embedded images cannot be converted. Only the supplied email is read; detached Apple Mail resources are not loaded. Browser memory and format support determine what can be processed, with no fixed file-size or page-count quota.

To inspect body alternatives and attachment details without converting, use the Email Viewer.
